Just don’t. They bought out the solicitors I was using, and for some reason thought it was acceptable to hold my file for 3 weeks and do no work. Delaying my sale and purchase. Lie and say I wanted them to have my file when I had clearly said I didn’t, which I have proof of. Nancy thinks it’s ok to talk to you like she found you in a gutter. I’m all my years working as an estate agent and buying and selling my own home. I’ve never known such a disaster. They’re motos about treat people how you want to be treated are so off the mark it’s almost funny. I promise you save yourself the stress and worry. This made me ill, when I finally got my file back to the original solicitor and they worked a miracle to get me moved. Again just don’t!

Quick, explanation on questions asked, thorough if making a will. Completely covid aware. Lovely staff. Good parking area. Spotless.

The service from Compass was excellent throughout, very responsive and highly professional. We had to take the case, for CHC funding for my mum, to NHS Tribunal on appeal where Compass secured a successful outcome thanks to their advocate who presented our case faultlessly. The solicitor dealing with my case didn’t want to pursue it any further, I understand but saying that‘ Defendant has taken reasonable steps to treat you in line with the guidelines’ is appalling provided that this firm is suppose to be emphatetic and supportive. To cut long story short I was discharged with ectopic pregnancy without any follow up plan to treat my condition, which resulted in internal bleeding and required life saving surgery two days later.It’s quiet sad to hear that according to Gemma this was the hospital treatment I deserved. The treatment that if I didn’t take the matter in my own hands and went to another hospital then probably I wouldn’t be here to write this review.

If you have problems dealing with social service your going to have greater problems dealing with KHF solicitors..Phone calls go ignored... Never call you back... Cancel appointments without telling you... First you know about it is when you rock up to there offices on chapel st..
