Having replaced bedside wall units I had difficulty finding dimmable LED bulbs bright enough to read by. The Phillips bulb I purchased is just the job - also unlike other dimmable bulbs I tried, it doesn't flicker when at lower illumination.

The flood lights are bright and give a much better visibility for our customers and car parks security CCTV cameras.

Reasonable price and rapid delivery, excellent customer service, I had an issue with one of the bulbs, (a manufacturing issue) the customer service staff bent over backwards to resolve the issue. Very happy with the outcome and the service, I will not hesitate to deal with GWS LED in the future. Recommended !

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a light from them & when it arrived the box was badly damaged, as you can see by the photos. I didn’t unpack the light as it was too big & I just wrapped the product back up in plenty of bubble wrap & returned it to the company. All returns have to be paid for by the customer. A few days later I received an email from them stating, when they received the light it was damaged & I had to claim through the courier I had used & I wouldn’t be getting a refund from them. I replied stating the box was badly damaged When I received it & sent them the photos. As I didn’t unpack the light & hadn’t taken any photos they said it wasn’t their problem & the light was damaged by the courier I had used. I asked them to send me photos of the box as they had received it. It was no more damaged than when I had got it & advised it was obvious no further damage had occurred by returning the item. They still wouldn’t budge even after logging a complaint. Bitterly disappointed, because I hadn’t checked the light before I returned it, they are sticking with their policy that no damages had occurred when the item was delivered to me. I know what their response will be to this review, so please think before you order from them, I have photos as evidence & you do not need to be a rocket scientist to see the damage occurred at delivery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
