On strike!!! What a joke. Why do we pay for a service we don't get. Just paid £35 for green bin and it won't be emptied for the foreseeable. You have the cheek to ask us to go to the household waste tip with our own rubbish. 4pm no signs of the bin being emptied. Sack the lot of you and we'll take our own rubbish but don't ask us to pay council tax. I lived in a few parts of the country but Wrexhan Council are the worst.

The experience I have had with this service has been disappointing and concerning they dnt answer when you call them and dnt respond to verble messages ar emails o have been trying to see my grandchildren for months now and no one will make any arrangements for us us see each other .

Very poor service and overall experience. Trying to get a lane resurfaced that is in dreadful condition and dangerous to pedestrians and vehicles. Nothing gets done and potholes are being reported constantly. They are ignoring the emails and not doing anything about it.The council have a statutory duty to repair roads and it seems they have ignored this. Very poor service.

Sheffield City Council Council Tax and Housing Benefits
I tried to get through to them for hours,I work 8:30am to 4:30pm,The councils opening hours are 08:30am to 5:30pm.Throughout the day when I called, I got greeted with the message the queue is full and the system hung up on me,Despite being in work I tried to contact them at 4 onwards hanging up and trying to get through multiple times because of this issue. Eventually at approx 4.18 i got into the queue...Roll on 1 hour 15 minutes later give or take, the council decided rather than dealing with the queue of callers, to hang up the line because its home time.What the actual (insert swear word) am I to do?I'm not calling them for a laugh, I geniunely need to speak to somebody.This is beyond pathetic
