We were very pleased with the speed at which we were seen, and the flexibility to be able to change our appointment times.The only thing we found was difficulty locating the Milton Keynes clinic the first time. It is inside a larger building called Biz. But once we had been once, no problem.The results came back within 24 hours.Would definitely recommend to friends.

Incredibly upset with the service from this GP, been trying to sort out an ECG for over three weeks for ongoing chest pain. Got booked into another clinic, who didn't even have a working machine. Complete waste of my morning and time, called in today to make a complaint via reception and sort out the issue myself, got interrupted by the receptionist, no form of an apology or accountability from the surgery for a mistake which is their fault. Finally booked into a ECG at last but honestly such terrible service and communication.

Roma is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Her and Katy were so patient and kind with me today as I had a wisdom tooth extraction. They kept me distracted, made me laugh, and patiently waited whilst I set my phone/headphones up. I was a total bag of nerves, but they made me feel SO at ease during the whole process. Unprofessional institution.Took the woman many attempts after poking and prodding my arm with the needle to be told to come tomorrow as her colleague is far more experienced. Rung in 3 days letter for my results to be informed that DPD did not come to collect the sample to be sent to the lab, was the customer informed? NO. Deadline to provide my blood samples has lapsed due to Optimized being unprofessional and failing to fulfil their duty of care, will never use this cowboy institution ever again.
