Massage spa

Did my Reiki Lv 1 here the weekend just gone. Words can't describe what an experience this was. Fantastic. Leila and San are both lovely people.Leila held the course over the 2 days. She was great. Made the whole group at ease, offering herbal teas and gave us lots of useful information- even print outs for us to take home! the Reiki practice itself was so lovely, Leila assisted where needed.I finished the course feeling a more lighter person with a gift that will never leave.

Booked an appointment online the night before, excellent simple booking system.I arrived 15 mins early but was welcomed in a friendly manner. You then pay before being taken to your room.I had booked a 90min traditional massage and it was excellent,I left feeling better than when I entered.Not expensive either. Given a bottle of water once I was dressed.Highly recommended

Exquisite. This was more nurturing than any other massage experience in London. Your treatment is tailored to your exact needs in that moment. The room is astonishingly beautiful, the oils smell fabulous and the team are so welcoming and kind. I received a treatment with the highly gifted Sam. We shared wonderful chats on finding calm in the everyday and after my treatment I had the most restorative night of sleep that was entirely due to my massage. I will return soon to cocoon and replenish.

Without doubt the best massage I’ve ever had. They understand exactly the areas that need most work and are able to vary pressure to suit all. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and delighted with the results

Very good service, The treatment room is very clean and Monika is very professional. The facials are very good and she makes you feel pampered. I have been multiple times and will continue to do so.

I have been here twice. The forst was for a Thai massage which was absolutely fantastic. Maybe the best massage I have ever had.The second time was for a pedicure. I drove far to get this as I was so impressed with my first visit.The actual pedicure was OK, varnish etc. The killer was that at the end (even though I brought flip flops) I was told that I needed to wait 45 minutes in reception for the polish to dry. Not to put flip flops on, or for the beautician to put them on then varnish, which is what usually happens. I was supposed to wait in the spa reception. This was along about 4 corridors and 2 flights of stairs. In bare feet when people have walked in outside shoes. It's not ok, I walked this way because I had no choice, but left (as soon as I got to reception) feeling like I had dirty feet and why did I bother. It's top end price, which would be ok if it wasn't for my exit experience.

I adore this salon. Friendly, non-judgemental, relaxing and not intimidating in the slightest. There is a real bond between the team who work here.I have regular builder gel nails by Laura B - always done to an incredibly high standard. Too many colours to choose from!Also, brows by Alison are exceptional. They are both total pros at their trade; perfectly balanced with open hearts and a incredible ability to make you feel like you can come to the salon and be yourself.
