Originally I was only going to buy a Medic Bag of Reflex however speaking on the phone to them and how help they were I changed my supplier to Reflex Medical. I made 2 very large orders over the course of one weekend and they were packed and dispatched Monday morning for my ready for the Tuesday morning, next day Delivery. Reflex Medical have been excellent, Sam would always be happy to answer my calls and return my emails instantly. I would Highly recommend Reflex Medical and I will be ordering from them on the regular.

I had placed a small order with reflex medical, shortly afterwards I received a message stating the order was currently out of stock and on back order from the manufacturer. The initial date was pushed back again further, unfortunately I did have to cancel. Despite the transaction not being completed, Sam the MD kept me in constant contact throughout, the customer service provided is reassuring, and because of this, I will return in future to purchase from Reflex, and would recommend them based upon the outstanding customer service.

If it says that you can backorder an item, I would probably recommend looking elsewhere. My order from the 12th January remains incomplete over 3 months later and the items are not uncommon items.

I ordered an set of X-Shears for work as a friend raved about how good they were.. ordering and paying was really easy. I ordered on Sunday night and Monday morning got additional emails including delivery times. They should have arrived next day according to email but due to bad weather in my area the took 2 days. Not bad for the 3-5day postage I paid.. items were well packaged and delivered by DPD. The and to make it even an even better deal they were a fair bit cheaper than some of the other big suppliers.. I will be returning to reflex medical again..
