Mirror shop

Sent me a broken Hearth and refused to exchange. Avoid this company. I sent pictures of it still in the original packaging but still they refuse to exchange.

They don’t know how to print a invoice with the name of the goods I paid

Avenue Interiors is full of lovely, high quality furniture, accessories and gifts and it's always so difficult to choose one thing but I bought a Black Metal Forest with Stag Garden Mirror for my husband as an Anniversary present and he absolutely loves it, really appreciated Gary's advice too :) would highly recommend

First time sofa buyers... COME HERE! Nothing bad to say about the service we were offered in this store. Buying furniture can be scary, especially when seeing the price tags and all the choices there is but as soon as you get chatting to Russell, all your worries can be left at the door. Russell is a true gentleman and is keen to spend time explaining all the necessary details. Not once were we left confused or feeling like he was just trying to sell us the most expensive sofa for the fun of it. He was always clear, reassuring and professional, and after all the chats we had with him/other companies we were sure we had made the best decision there was thanks to Russell.Thanks to all the staff that were there for making us feel welcome, I wish we were buying sofas weekly just so I could go through the experience all over again. Russell deserves the biggest bonus possible!

Lovely staff, great variety of furniture. A real treasure trove

Excellent range of bathrooms, knowledgeable staff and brilliant service. I have been dealing with Lorraine and she’s has been super accommodating, helpful and always extremely pleasant. It’s notbeen a straight forward job but what could have been extremely stressful has been made easy by her helpfulness and excellent customer service, I only wish all companies were the same. Great job Lorraine and easy bathrooms keep it up.

Very good and extremely helpful glaziers, from customer care to finished result.Not only for the finished work and speed but their follow up care - will makes things right if needs be, as they did with my mirrored gilt side tables. They replaced it free of charge due to it being marked, and even cut mirrored glass to a better fit than before.I would highly recommend this local glazier.John
