went to Pall mall for a lumbar and pelvis MRI on Saturday 21st October and got my results on Wednesday 25th! 3 working days later!! Amazing service from the very start! Will definitely be using them again.They are the cheapest on the market, send the full report including images via email along with offering a follow up GP call to explain the results..the staff were also very polite and helpful! Thank you Danielle Handley and Sankey Leah.

Avoid MRI plus! I cancelled my appointment with 48 hours notice and unable to get a refund. MRI plus customer service completely ignores my calls and emails. If you don't want to loose your money and waste your time chasing it, do not book with MRI plus!

Doctor Milton is one of the finest gentlemen in the world. Not only that, he is an extraordinary doctor with excellent knowledge and experience. I have never felt as safe and in better care than with him. I have sent all my family and loved ones to him and they all experience the same level of care. He could also have a flourishing career as a stand up comedian if he so wished often bringing the rare gift of levity to stressful situations when one is sick or worried about something. People like Doctor Milton only come around every 300 years or so. I’m extremely grateful I am under his care.Lisa Dwan

All the staff has been really friendly and professional, and the MRI performed has been of the highest quality.

I was due to have a Gastroscopy next week, but was fitted in today, because of a cancellation.The staff were so kind, caring & professional. I'm a nervous patient, but they did everything to put me at my ease & I wouldn't fear the procedure again. I'd give every member of staff 5 stars.

Scan itself was fine but they only had one radiographer when they said its normally two, waited 20 minutes to be seen and the radiographer disappeared before my scan ended leaving the receptionist in control. Sat in the scanner for roughly 15 minutes after scan had ended before he came back, but he was very apologetic about the situation. It's also now 8 days later and I still haven't received the report, website states 2/3 days. I paid privately and am quite disappointed with the service.

I visited Heath lodge today I am someone who suffers from anxiety and claustrophobia the staff were amazing I was taken to a room with a member of staff who went through some safety questions I was reassured and shown an image of the MRI scan, I was taken to the lockers to put away my stuff. I was then taken to the MRI room again such amazing staff reassured me told me what would happen and if at any point I didn't feel comfortable they would take me out of the machine, I was given a headset where a member of staff stayed with me checked on me and reassured me all the way which kept me calm and made me feel like I was on good hands.. I would like to thank the staff at Heath lodge for such an amazing service. Oh and not forgetting the hot chocolate from the hot drinks machine beautiful!

very bad and horrible experience , I would give less than one if I can .AVOID at all cost . not able to get my fracture clinic because no one bothered to transferred image to my local hospital despite make couple of calls. i will take legal action against this company. horrible service
