I attended neurology. The light were too bright however, the staff were caring and understanding and modified the lights as they was too bright. My consultant listened and explained whilst putting me at ease on every whim. Nothing was too much. Thankyou to all concerned.

Been calling for 2 days, every call automatically cut off !!!!!!!

My husband has yet again being admitted with kidney stones. The 2nd time in 9 months. They haven’t done the operation they said they did 9 months ago and his information is a total lie. His admittance time is wrong, his allergy information is wrong, the fact they say he was given food and water is wrong. He has been on ward 36 since 12.17 this morning. He’s had no pain relief til 11.30 when he saw a doctor and he’s had no water since his arrival. He has just been told since he’s an emergency he should basically be thankful he has a bed and can fit in with them. After me getting peed off a bit they have finally put him on a IV drip for fluids. No idea when his surgery is and just told him that they only have 1 op theatre open on a weekend. Did they not know that earlier in the day? Or when he was admitted?? It’s a scam. It’s a disgrace and it’s disgusting. If you get on ward 36 and unfortunately get a nurse called Debbie I’m sorry I feel your pain

Doctors are very professional! I’ve got stomach problem for years, they helped me.Nice environment and good facilities,definitely recommended.

I had reason to visit the clinic on Tuesday 25th October. I felt rather afraid to go to the appointment, but I was treated so kindly by the friendly, professional and empathic staff. I just want to tell them, especially Alison and the first lady who made the images (I'm so sorry, your name escapes me) that they do the most wonderful job and I'm very grateful for people like them. Outstanding work, thank you.

From the ladies at reception to the nurses and the doctor, the whole appointment was exemplary. What kind and knowledgeable staff.
