Dr. Agarwal is a very patient and caring, and clearly experienced, medical practitioner. I felt safe under his care and overall had a very positive experience. I would happily recommend his services to friends and family.

Dr Fred Ushakov was amazing for us. As our baby was not cooperative enough, he advised to wait 30 mins and then do another scan attempt. He wanted to check everything so we ended up 1,5 hour in the Clinic but was worth it and the quality of the scan is the best.

The most important thing for me in deciding to go ahead with the Sacrohysterpexy, an operation I had a mortal fear of, was to be able to trust and have faith in the skill of the surgeon performing the procedure. Philip Rahmanou went to great lengths to ensure I had all the information, both verbal and written, that I needed to make a decision. He answered my very many questions honestly, gave me details on my various options and even telephoned me just prior to my surgery in order to reassure me when I was having a major 'wobble'. Mr Rahmanou's empathy and concern for me was evident all through, from initial consultation to my post op check. He gave me advice on reducing the liklihood of further surgery and said I could contact him if I felt the need.Do I recommend him?..............Oh yes, I couldn't have been in safer hands, he cares.I should also have mentioned Mr Rahmanou's admin support.....Sasha. she was brilliant in facilitating and coordinating every step of the administration side of everything. My wife and I have recently undergone treatment with BFC, specifically under the care of Mrs Uma Gordon and Dr Serena, as well as head nurse Patricia, for reciprocal IVF.We have gone through the whole process from start to finish with this clinic and they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout.When I initially contacted the clinic for information regarding treatment, they rang me and dedicated half an hour at least to discussing the options available to us in detail. This was before we had even commited to anything.From the very first contact we had with the staff at BFC it was evident that they are extremely experienced and knowledgeable.Every step of the way we were provided with an abundance of information and reassured, with any queries and questions answered promptly. We were provided with online resources, email clarifications and confirmations at every step, as well as zoom and face to face appointments when certain stages were complicated in order to ensure that everybody was fully informed and on the same page. Fertility treatment can be extraordinarily complex at times and they took great care to ensure we were always happy and had any questions answered and explained.We had mobile phone and email contact directly with the staff throughout each stage of our care and were able to ask any questions directly, and receive responses in a very timely fashion (mostly immediately).Anybody who has experience with fertility treatment will know just how important this is, as timing can be critical and recieving swift replies crucial to the success of your treatment.On a more personal note, we have felt like all of the staff genuinely cared about our case and that has made this journey particularly special and fulfilling for us.We live a couple of hours away from the clinic and they were very helpful in grouping our appointments together to save on trips and time, as well as being mindful of the extra costs incurred if this was not done.Overall, we have felt extremely well treated by everyone and found our experience to be very personal, and very professional.I am currently pregnant now with our first child and have enjoyed very good results with each stage of our treatments. These included egg retrieval, blastocyst implantation, as well as all of the medication we both needed.Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the care we have received and would HIGHLY recommend Bristol Fertility Clinic to anybody looking for fertility care.

I cannot praise the team here enough. We arranged an appointment whilst travelling through London and although the outcome was not what we’d have hoped, the team were so incredibly supportive and helpful with assisting us with the next steps. They even contacted us later in the day to offer a gesture of goodwill as they knew we were in a difficult spot. Special mention to Shaz, who was so kind and gentle in delivering bad news.

Just brilliant

Good treatment but difficult to have face to face appt for Gp to see physically visable problems. Eg. Broken arm set in wrong place causeing limited mobility.

I am extremely satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Ogutu and his team. I had no post-op complication and sites have healed neatly just like no incisions was made there.

Such a lovely doctor, very knowledgeable and kind. Took a lot of time to listen to me. Because of her I finally felt heard and had such a positive birth experience because of her. Can’t thank her enough and would recommend her highly to anyone needing a professional and kind gynaecologist!!
