A very punctual and professional team who understands exactly what their clients need. I am not writing this review for regular services, I am writing it after a situation when Nick and his team did everything to ensure that I comfortable in a tough situation. My hearing aids had an issue while I was out of London. I was very anxious to know that other distributors in the country I was in wouldn't fix it. I emailed Nick on a weekend, but he looked after the case(even through it was the weekend) and he got me a new pair instead of the ones had an issue. He was regularly updating me about the situation so I feel less worried and actually first thing they did on following Monday after the weekend, they shipped me a new pair of hearing aids after programming it exactly like how I wanted it to be. Not only this, they offered that they fix the old pair and let me keep it as a spare one! I appreciate it very much and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. I trust them so much now with their competence and dedication. Amazing.

Mr Repanos was warm, smiley and professional and...very importantly, easy to talk to. I was quite nervous about having a Laryngoscopy [I think that's what it's called] but he couldn't have been more reassuring and it was fine. He really listened to me and gave great advice, suggestions and treatment.

I had to call Mr Valsamakis because of an emergency: I had a severe instant hear loss from my left ear.Mr Valsamakis was available. After a small brief from my side, he made me understand that my case was a very serious one.He told me that I had to visit him straight away. As soon as I arrived at his practice I was told that the doctor was waiting for me: he had already arranged an appointment for me to be seen ASAP.He examined my ear and said that luckily we were fast enough to prevent the worst case scenario which would be a serious otitis which could then cause a permanent damage.He was very friendly and explanatory and he totally made me feel more comfortable and relaxed.He gave me the right prescription and after a week I was feeling a lot better. My ear recovered and in my revision check he said that he was happy and the ear had completely recovered.I can’t thank him enough for his support and his effective care.Highly recommended!!!

I recently had a Thyroidectomy at the Nuffield hospital Shrewsbury. I cannot praise high enough the care I received from the staff during my visit. In particular my surgeon Mr Hari. From the initial consultation throughout the process he took great care to explain how the procedure would be carried out and what to expect post operation. On the day of the operation he spent time with me again making sure I was happy and had no worries about the procedure. I highly recommend Mr Hari to anyone who needs this procedure. I would include in this the nursing staff at Nuffield who looked after me.

Our son had his tonsils and adenoids removed by Dr Hamann at Nuffield Health Hospital in Tunbridge Wells. From the moment we stepped into the hospital everyone went above and beyond for us. Highly professional, caring, kind, compassionate and just amazing with our son. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Hamann or Nuffield Health Hospital, we can’t thank you all enough. Special mention and thank you to Ali who looked after Luca and us all day, she is an absolutely wonderful nurse, she really was special and we feel very lucky to have had her looking after us. Went to see Vik to get a second opinion on some ear issues I had been experiencing for a few months (Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and Tinnitus). The consultation was excellent, listened to everything and provided in-depth explanations of the issues, what to expect and reassured me I was on the path to full recovery.

I went to their Okehampton clinic. I got an appointment on the next day they were in Okehampton. Great and very professional service at a reasonable cost! He put me at my ease, and the procedure to remove the wax itself was very easy, quick, and there was no discomfort. He also advised on what another long term issue I have with my balancing the pressure in my ears could be and that I could potentially get it sorted through my GP. Would not hesitate to recommend or return. No more shoving olive oil in my ears for me, next time I’ll just book at appointment with the Devon Ear Clinic!

My consultation and treatment for repeat nose-bleeds went smoothly and that problem has been solved. However the Nuffield Hospital seems to have poor internal communications. Pre-consultation my detailed description of 4 areas of concern [as requested by the hospital] was not forwarded to Dr Hamann. When checking in for my follow-up, the receptionist told me I did not have an appointment! If took a while to convince her she was wrong.

I'm really glad I booked an appointment with doctor Simon Read yesterday as I was not able to hear much for a week in one or both ears at some times and had pain in both ears. Doctor Read was very considerate and efficient. After the microsucrion treatment my issue was completely fixed, I could hear again perfectly without adverse effect.
