A very punctual and professional team who understands exactly what their clients need. I am not writing this review for regular services, I am writing it after a situation when Nick and his team did everything to ensure that I comfortable in a tough situation. My hearing aids had an issue while I was out of London. I was very anxious to know that other distributors in the country I was in wouldn't fix it. I emailed Nick on a weekend, but he looked after the case(even through it was the weekend) and he got me a new pair instead of the ones had an issue. He was regularly updating me about the situation so I feel less worried and actually first thing they did on following Monday after the weekend, they shipped me a new pair of hearing aids after programming it exactly like how I wanted it to be. Not only this, they offered that they fix the old pair and let me keep it as a spare one! I appreciate it very much and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. I trust them so much now with their competence and dedication. Amazing.

I had my ears done but these lovely two and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Both gentle and reassuring and making sure they go through each step with you. They made it a pleasant experience and will definitely go back!

We've had a great experience with Mr Varad. My son was visiting Mr Varad's clinic for some ear investigations. He instantly made my son feel really comfortable, so much so, my son really enjoyed both visits. That's takes some very special skills. Thank you Mr Varad for your gentle approach and expertise.

I attended the audiology service on the 9 August, masks are encouraged, and there is a lift for those who require it. I was seen by Rayna, an Audiologist and a short history was taken particularly on why I was there. She was so helpful and took her time to make me feel at ease. I was told I had severe hearing loss on my left side and would require a hearing aid, this was a shock but I was reassured by Rayna. She showed me her aid and I was impressed by the colour, so mine will be midnight blue. Rayna is a credit to your department her communication skills are excellent, I won't forget how kind she was to me that day.

Mr Anwar is exceptional doctor with his kind professional approach with patients. extremely qualified and avery patient . I can say that he does care about patients he called us twice to check on my daughter thank you Dr Anwar you go extra mile and for sure you make a massive difference in your patients life . Simply you are the Best.

Lovely and friendly and more then helpful, process was quick painless and easy.I happened to have the beginnings of an ear infection and was advised on what was best to take to a doctor to get antibiotics.The hearing screening was useful to see also and I could hear much better after the procedure was finished, highly recommended and fitted me in within the week even making time for an early morning weekend appointment! Very accommodating!
