Ordered from Paul at Fat Bobs and have to say what a lovely service I have received. Paul was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, and he was nice enough to provide honest recommendations. Received the product I paid for. **Please be aware** - I did have a problem and delay with my delivery and this was through no fault of Paul or Fat Bobs as a company. All delivery companies and courier services aren’t as reliable at the moment with them coming out of covid. DHL provided me with the worst service I have ever had and fed me and fat bobs with countless lies. I would suggest fat bobs change courier services temporarily, until other services become more reliable. DHL lied and failed to meet my expectations and the expectations of fat bobs. So please don’t blame fat bobs as an airsoft business coming out of hard times and assume that it is their fault your parcel was delayed. I see such negative reviews and it’s painful to read them. So please cut them the slack they deserve, as I have nothing but praise for them helping me properly get into this wonderful sport airsoft. Thank you Paul and thank you fat bobs. We had an excellent time at this paintball centre. Mike and his team were very helpful. We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever paintballed indoors so really enjoyed the experience. Fun morning had by all.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! As per other reviewers it was an absolutely shambles and they did not have it booked in even though we’d had confirmation emails and payment through Go Ballistic.To make matters worse it was for my sons birthday so we were left without a birthday party for 10 children.We were also the third group there that the same thing had happened to that day.The most unprofessional, unpleasant company I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. They should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves!!!If I could give it zero stars I would.I booked this a few months ago before all the recent terrible reviews, otherwise I would never have booked here.I appreciate a one off issue but it seems to be a reoccurring issue.AVOID AVOID AVOID

Great laugh, great atmosphere. We had a large group and the staff were very professional. The area is very big and we had a great laugh trying to avoid getting shot. Great range of tactics and games to play which kept the younger ones interested.

Excellent service, I needed some parts next day so called up and they were able to advise and sort me out the parts i needed and next day (Saturday) postage there and then. Couldn't have been more helpful and I really appreciate it. Many thanks.

I'd rate it 4 or 5 stars if it was just the segways. Couldn't really complain with the service for these, the instructor give us different challenges and was friendly. The trails for this could've been bigger.For the quads, however, I'd rate it 0 stars if that was possible. We payed for the adult option of the quads, turns out the bigger quads were overheating , but no option of any partial refund or alternatives. Saying this I wouldn't be as bothered if the quads, that were 90cc, weren't restricted to speeds of about 6/7mph. The instructor had a very strange attitude, and seemed to be on his phone the most of the time, riding one handed. Also, the track for the quads was not exciting in the slightest, we must've gone around some of the corners 10 times, at very low speeds. To be honest you could have ran faster than the quads around the track and this would've also been more exciting.At times my mate got so bored and lost concentration he veered off track, almost falling asleep. But don't worry he definitely didn't hurt himself at that speed.This is a very honest review and if you had a child under 11 they would probably enjoy these highly restricted quads on this tiny track. This review is just a warning to others our age that think these quads would be fun, don't waste you're time!

The guys won't recognise this name but all my orders have been done under my real name Paul. I've purchased several items from Fatbobs now and even through the aggro of lockdown, the guys there have been brilliant Andy and Paul know their stuff and will do all they can to get your orders out quickly. Even when I changed my mind on a order they dealt with the exchange for me with no issues, which is not the case with all companies these days. Keep up the good work lads and thanks again.
