Weston Park Cancer Support
I found the centre very friendly and welcoming and enjoyed all the holistic therapies offered. The only thing I found stressful was the parking, would be good to have a separate car park for the centre, many thanks karen

Caledonia Social Care
Treat clients bad if they have no money to pay for services. And the staff is treated unfairly forced to take on work.

PALS
Am disgusted with response of pals and how slow they have reacted to my questions always seem to be about to phone you but you seem to always contact them 10 phone calls over 2 months spoke to Sharon Zoe Nicole & Gill asking for assistance understanding how things happened and why I was being told to go home the day after procedure when I was told I could be in for up to a week I had been sick and in pain not slept also previous day had procedure 8 clock in morning went to recovery back to ward then taken back to recovery then back up to ward think I got back to ward about 5 clock told no problem released from hospital without pain killers discharge letter arrived 4 days later advising pain killers,Dr Awan advised pals he discharged me 2 days after procedure and pals sent me a letter to that effect without questioning as I had stated from the start it was the day after was I being listen to I did not feel they had helped or listened but allowed the issues and trying to resolve to drag on as Dr Awan said no problems that seemed to be good enough for them I had been offered to see Dr Awan but without any accurate information from pals probably to tell no problems all ok,have used pals Truro and left msg of praise and thanks so am not wanting to make official complaint but am know being forced into by pals Derriford added 01/05/18 due to poor health have given up with this complaint even after patient complaint service got involved and with all the changes in the doctors statements of dates and facts they still had no problems who are they helping !!?

Hope2Sleep Charity
Found this charity sleep apnoea website after searching through Google and am very pleased I did. I only started properly using my CPAP machine in June '18 after having and had teething troubles for 5 months, like most others. But with their help, advice and long list of CPAP aids they've got me using my machine properly and nightly. My starting AHI was 35 and I'm averaging 1 - 2.5 now. Without this charity's help I'd still be struggling to get used to my machine, so thanks Hope2Sleep.
