I have kenneled my 2 greys at Hilltop twice in the last 6months. The service is excellent friendly and professional. All the staff I've met have been lovely and helpful and clearly love the dogs in their care. I highly recommend Hilltop and the team. 5 Stars!

They have outlets in Halesowen and Brierley Hill so very accesible. I went to Brierley Hill holistic hounds. Carpark in front of the shop for added convenience. Excellent customer service and Dog/cat food. All natural and no nasties in any of the food or treats. Highly recommend.

Extremely rude on the phone - Wouldn't recommend

This is an excellent pet shop. They stock an amazing amount of everything, that covers the majority of pets. From small rodents to larger pets such as horses etc.The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and professional. There is free parking, so well worth a visit.

Took my 10 week old pup to store....all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Took me a long time to shop as everyone wanted to say hello but was worth it to see a happy pup.The staff even watched my trolley whilst I took the pup out to go toilet.I would highly recommend anyone to have a visit and browse the shop

I had an issue with a missing parcel, they were very helpful and managed the situation brilliantly. Item has arrived and it's beautiful!

Glyka loves it at Penhazy! He gets to play with other dogs, always comes home happy and exhausted. Last time he stayed the weekend, we had them clip his nails which are difficult for us to do because of his long quicks. We were very pleased with the results.

The selection is amazing. The real selling point is the staff. Whoever owns or manages NTB should be really proud of how their staff treat every person and dog that walks through the door. The love Terry gets is incredible, and the knowledge they pass on to myself is invaluable. Thank you.

If you want to feed the best quality raw possible to your dog from a family business that cares about your canine friend as much as you do then this company is for you. Lucy & Richard have been supplying my Great Danes there dinners for well over 10 years and not once have I ever had a issue. There tripe is fluffy & not sloppy, there chicken is neither to dry or to wet with good size bone, there boneless chicken is a excellent puppy weaning food. From 3 weeks old to show champions, I wouldn’t feed mine anything else. Thank you for helping me keep my fur babies with shinny coats, healthy solid poo’s and pearly white teeth. Thank you.
