Shocking customer service, the office staff are brilliant and work hard to fulfill all orders, however, profit over customer service is a underlying theme in this organisation driven by one person the sales manager based in Glasgow. Worked for them for 5 months, was told by the 'sales manager ' on several occasions to overstate the effectiveness of the products we were selling during the pandemic! To pitch we could eliminate bovine TB with the chemicals and products we sold, as if chemicals would prevent Badgers. DO NOT buy from this company unless you have the personal assurance of another company or the owner Ed Singer, that uses their products. Buyer beware. The sales manager can't be trusted with a 10' pole and as such the sales staff but Ed Singer the owner is a brilliant person talk to him directly as he has a better understanding of the products and services offered rather than the sales manager from Glasgow he will lie to you just to get a sale
