I’m here every morning during the week since I’m in central mk each morning and I have the subscription. The staff are faultless. They really build a good rapport with customers and always remember mine and several other customers orders. The service is brilliant, drinks taste great and the food is all freshly made. They are also on Too Good To Go which is brilliant as they are preventing food waste and you get lots of Pret goodies at an incredibly discounted price.Highly recommend it here!

Services closed down ready to go bust. Run on the bank as they have no money !! Bank is bust !!Avoid like the plague. Deep state complicit non bank. No staff any longer in building. Never answer the phone and are now on top of the great reset preventing customers from removing any cash at all. Do not bank here !!

Best service you'll ever get from a bank. No automated phone system(which is unique in itself for a bank) and the concierge team are brilliant. I've used the concierge for numerous travel, restaurant and theatre bookings.

Idiotic staff with idiotic rules. You are not allowed to buy a toastie and eat it at home. It is forbiden" to toast your sandwish at home. Why? We were told "because" . Avoid."
