Absolutely disgusting service, price's, and layout.Their timber is as bent as Westminster. Self checkout with no barcodes on anything. Staff are completely arrogant, deaf and useless. I've just made my last ever visit to this appalling place!! Sorry Wakefield, but you can shove B&Q right up your jacksie!!

The 1500 watt power heater is very effective in a room with high ceilings and poor insulation. The room has never been this comfy before. Almost instant comfort and therefore economical. We installed it with a Meross smart thermostat plug/socket.Jigsaw delivered next day, great and friendly service. Thanks Laura!

Went to B&Q Bridgend today for paint. Jack was very helpful and even envited my daughter behind the counter to watch the paint being mixed, explaining all the different colours inside the machine and how it works. She absolutely loved watching the paint being made and learning how it was mixed.Thank you Jack for making a routine experience into something fun and interesting!!!

A great discount store with ample parking and a huge choice of stuff to buy.We visited the bathroom and kitchen section. There were scores of items on display including baths, showers, cabinets, toilets and kitchen stuff and fittings. The section seemed a bit cluttered.The store was almost empty at about 4:30 pm on Saturday but we couldn’t find anyone to ask a question to choose the right type of complete toilet to buy. The toilets fitted in the showroom were badly looked after. The seats were loose and did not give the impression of good quality fitting. The female staff was helpful at the till to answer some of our query.We waited aimlessly for someone to arrive but no luck. Eventually we left and headed to another store!! Pity!!m

Sent me a broken Hearth and refused to exchange. Avoid this company. I sent pictures of it still in the original packaging but still they refuse to exchange.

They don’t know how to print a invoice with the name of the goods I paid

Placed an order on Sunday,told delivery would be Tuesday,this did not arrive,I have e mailed the delivery agent who replied and stated they will make contact within 72 hours due to been busy,I have also spoken to wickes grimsby,who have made contact with the delivery agent who still has not responded,poor delivery service I would not recommend or do this again

For a B&Q I actually enjoyed my shopping experience here. So used to the norm of shoreham store, but visiting here was pleasantly surprised at the size of the store and the fact there were things I needed on reduced to clear lines so didn't mind bagging a bargain to finish off my home...Would return again

We reported that our extractor fan had broken in November. As a result of it not working, steam from the bathroom has got intonour electrics and damaged all of our bathroom lights. We have spoken to numerous members of staff in store and at customer service and we are still waiting for it to be repaired. How dangerous! The customer service throughout Wickes has been absolutely diabolical.

Good for quick bits, internet will be cheaper if you've got time.
