Fantastic purchase from this small dealership. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.0 V6 CRD (2012 VM Motari) which was in near immaculate condition for a 11 year old Jeep. We discussed the service history and they without hesitation agreed to do a full service and transmission fluid change. They might be a bit more expensive than other dealers but you know you won’t be getting a roulette vehicle with JSW - that’s the difference, everyone comments how good my Jeep looks and sounds. My only issue is they put 5w30 c3 oil on the service however Chrysler changed it to 5w40 in 2015 due to engine failures. No biggie, it’s not well known and more relevant to the RAM 1500 which uses the same engine (and tows a lot more). Overall, amazing staff, amazing cars and most of all absolutely trustworthy local business.

We use Pirtek on a regular basis and always receive a great service. Their response times are very prompt and the pricing is competitive. Jason and his team will go out of the way to accommodate us!

Unrivaled knowledge on the motor vehicles with an amazing selection of vehicles on site, along with a cracking selection of the new Dodge Ram trucks which are stunning to say the least.

Can't speak highly enough of the team at Pirtek. Not only are they great to deal with on the day to day. But we had a major issue last week to our air supply and they had us back up and running in just over an hour from my phone call. That is as good a service as I get anywhere. Cant thank these guys enough ... I had a problem with my motor home clutch hose split" & discovered that the part I needed had been discontinued by the manufacturer ... these guys managed to make one up for me.... very professional service & very polite customer service in Norwich

Always wanted an American Pick-up Truck, went to see Steve at Oldcott Motors, genuine & very helpful. Showed me round a few trucks, let me know when new ones were in for me to look at and after a few visits came home with my Dodge Ram, wish I had bought one years ago!!
