Record company

The quality of my CDs are absolutely brilliant and I cannot fault them at all the colours look amazing! However, the service I had upon ordering was a little frustrating.I ordered my CDs with a 3-4 week turnaround. But 7 weeks later, I still hadn't received my order nor had I received any communication from them about where my order was. I emailed them twice and got no response. So I phoned up and they informed me that the casing for my CDs had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks but they were hoping it would be delivered soon. Even if the item had been stuck in customs for 2 weeks, that 2 week delay was still several weeks after my order should've been completed and delivered by. I would've appreciated at least an email update as to the status of my order so I could at least get a refund and go elsewhere as I ended up missing my album release date and couldn't send out my pre-orders to several hundred customers. I ended up receiving my order 8.5 weeks after ordering.

Did few vocal recording sessions at the Shed with Kommy. Excellent setup and equipment. Kommy really goes out his way to create the sound your are looking for. Will recommend 100%

Just discovered this shop and it has very quickly become my favourite Cardiff record shop! Lovely atmosphere with a great selection of vinyl at great prices! The staff are lovely too, I can't rate this shop enough. Be sure to check it out if you are a music and vinyl lover!

A truly wonderful record store. When in Wales, I live in France, I visit this shop for pleasure as much as buying! The welcome is so great. I know that I'm speaking to a collector, a lover of vinyl, not merely a shop owner. I just love that there are purchases to be made costing from £1 to however much. When I was last there I came across a vinyl LP that I hade been wanting for 30 years. I had never seen it anywhere else. And I visit many many records shops. I've bought wonderful stuff from there. It's amazing

Highly recommend Headline Studio to anyone who is looking for recording facilities. I have recorded there numerous times with different bands and have always had a great experience. Top quality equipment, experienced producer and engineer and a professional service. Plenty of car parking spaces and there’s also a cabin available to those who are travelling from afar and want to stay overnight/record over a few days.
