Rice mill

Worst customer service in history since this company was bought out by private equity! They clearly haven't a clue on service or products! Very unfortunate this company will go down the tubes having once been great a family business!

They make an excellent range of pre packed microwavable rices ..with periodic limited time specials. Reasonably priced I always have a few packets in my kitchen cupboard. 2 minutes it's all it takes.

Opened a pack of tilda rice horrible lump of black mould inside , disgusting , seen this from other reviews , health and safety should investigate and recall this product

LIVE MOTHS in a packet, emailed 3 weeks ago, emailed again the other day, they've blocked my email address...Someone needs to go do an inspection ASAP!

I was disgusted with the response from east end food, I feel they don’t take customer complaints as a high priority as I had contacted them severel times to get a response. WAS GIVEN cheque for £8 was a kick in the teeth as the product cost more than that. I had no response from them. I will now be buying products from there competitor as they have put me off your brand, I hope they do not treat other customers with no respect and lack of urgencyA begruntled customer

Great people, great food.

I have made 1000s of deliveries, but this place has to be by far the worst I have ever been to. An absolute unprofessional, total shambles and a utter timewaste.Their own drivers obviously take priority but after being loaded, the refuse to wait elsewhere to make it possible for others to load or tip.The forklift drivers only operate at a snail's pace and have regular breaks( every 10 minutes).After passing my feedback in person I was spoke to be a manager who's intelegence and common sense lacked significantly.As a supplier driver delivering your products I expect to be treated a lot better. In future I refuse to deliver here.

Could be a nice place to work but the day shift production manager is very arrogant.
