1860 Cafe at Green Lane, next to River side. Excellent - ordered cheese and onion toastie. Best toastie I have ever had. Spoilt me from ordering toastie from anywhere else. Staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Matlock Bath Boats
Me and my family came here on Monday and we loved it the experience was fantastic. The people running the boats were very friendly and used great communication skills and made us feel welcome. we enjoyed our solar powered boat ride, the man on the boat was very friendly and very informative about different things in the river, wildlife and history of the river and even let my sibling steer the boat with help of course. Will be coming back again soon for another boat ride. Can’t wait!Highly recommended!

Very poor moorings for the boats there. Very much in need of total refurbishment or replacement

Tamar and Tavy Gig Club
As a member, great little club - all-inclusive approach and a mix of junior, social, development and competitive rowing squads. New-comers always welcome and we're located in the beautiful AONB Bere peninsular at Weir Quay. In summer rowing most days of the week.

The Queen's College Boat Club
Loads of fun as a fresher. There's nothing quite like the camaraderie of getting up at 4 in the morning in the cold and trooping down to the boats to train with a bunch of people for whom the experience is almost completely new:-)

Star Rowing Club
Great place to have a tea, coffee & cakes during summer and sitting outdoors. Watching the river & all rowers back & forth. It's not a fancy place, but quite relax the ambiance and welcoming.
