Coming from the Seattle area, where all we have are Starbucks, this place is amazing!Ate at a few Pret restaurants in and around Edinburgh, and they all offer fresh fast food, good prices (compared to other places), and good quality.Knocked down one star for their breakfast bowls, I tried a couple of them and wasn’t impressed, but the sandwiches, cookies, and drinks are good!

The best Viennese Whirl I have ever tasted and all the home baked items look equally as good.Very friendly staff too which makes it a lovely welcoming place to visit. I will definitely be back.

I have come to this pret quite regularly but today when I pulled out the chocolate croissant from the bag I found a black hair attached to the pastry. This is disgusting!!! You need to check the food you are serving customers

The owner is very kind and is talkitive, the food is like heaven, and the food is even halal!The price is dirt cheap for such a good meal.

Fortunella was amazing in there past when I went to it. Although today, for some reason, the food took at least 30-40 minutes to come. It was delicious and that's the reason for my star rating being reasonably high. Even my mother's salad, which was ready made, took 30 minutes.The waitresses were very nice. Service was quite good apart from the time it took.One again, the food was amazing and soothed my hunger.

WOW! I had the mixed charcoal kebab which by it's self would get 5 stars. I asked if he would put the doner meat on the hot plate to make it crispy which he happily did, the result was like being kissed off an angel - amazing!! 7 stars

Poor customer service. Asked for tuna salad with everything, not to one member of staff but to both who were serving. (Young lad and woman)Went home to realise in the abysmal rain that I Got given a tuna sweetcorn without salad.I went back to the store and after already charging me 3.65 the woman then tried to charge me an additional 80p for salad. When I had corrected her mistake for the second time she looked bemused and then tried to charge me for a bag.First of all if you’re selling food please make sure the least you can do for your customers is wrap it in something waterproof, this charge should be incorporated in your high prices. Not charging extra for bags that’s a backwards policy. It shows there is little value for the customer. You don’t go to a restaurant and get charged 10p for a doggy bay and 5p for all the containers. You don’t go to a chippy and get charged for the bag so why would you charge extra for a bag which should already be included as part of your pricing.Won’t be going there again will happily go to another sandwich shop due to the poor customer experience.

Love the food here and the staff were helpful and polite, we always order from here when visiting greenock. They have a great varied menu and prices are really reasonable. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Kauai is such a breath of fresh air to Edinburgh! We love their health approach to every thing they do. They have excellent quality breakfast options, and exceptional lunch options. Their coffee is great. Their staff is friendly and the service is always good.

I run a monthly event in the city centre with 50-100 attendees. Recently we switched to Love Pizza from Domino's. They're cheaper, faster, local, and every single person I've spoken to prefers their pizza over Domino's by a huge margin. Everything I've tried from Love Pizza has been delicious and I'd have absolutely no hesitation recommending them to anyone.
