Just received excellent service from Paul, Andrew and the staff at Gareth Hughes Motors. My daughters car had a small electrical issue and we called without an appointment to book the car in for repair. We as usual received a warm welcome and Paul asked for the keys to our daughters car. By the time we had finished our tea and coffee the car was repaired. Many thanks for the excellent service.

Purchased a Volvo xc60 in November 2022. They agreed to have some minor paint blemishes sorted before I picked up the car.Arrived the paintwork was not done, said they would arrange for it to be sorted in my home town. Nothing got sorted, I had to chase and chase Richard Zimmerman in sales never returns calls or emails. They eventually took the car back and sorted the problems. Now 5 months later, some lacquer has started to peel from the front wing, again rang Richard Zimmerman, he asked for photos, I emailed them, after 20 days still no response from Fish Brothers, rang spoke With Dale (manager) in sales, who bluntly told me its not down to them, and he had told Richard twoDave from Southamptonweeks ago, and had nothing more to say, be careful when buyinga 20k second hand car from these people, I paid cash, looks likeonce they have your money the caring goes out the window, thisis now being taken to trading standards, not a happy customer

I recently collected my Cupra Formentor from Simon at Stoneacre Chesterfield. The fulfilment time was fairly long given the options I selected but Simon kept me updated throughout and was brilliant from initial order placed through to customer handover day. We bought our Leon Cupra 290 Sub8 from DM Keith new, which was a superb experience, moving forward seven years we needed new brakes which are a bit hard to source thanks to the Sub8 pack.DM Keith were by far the cheapest and the parts ordered and work was completed really quickly.Special mention to Hail and Darryl who really went above and beyond.Definitely coming back for all the 290s needs in the future.Thanks guys!
