Cambridge Studios and Suites by Tas accommodations
La habitación está bien la cama y el colchón son cómodos. La cocina está bien preparada tiene lo que puedas necesitar para desayunar y comer cómodamente. Los baños bien, algún colgador más y un taburete me han faltado.

Diamonds Guest House
The Diamond is a great place for a busy stay in York. 15 minutes easy walk one way to race course - 20 minutes easy walk to York Centre - about £5 for taxi from York Centre. Parking £7 per day right outside. Shops, buses and places to eat/pub nearby. Owners really friendly - room immaculately clean with fridge, TV, en-suite shower and loo - lovely towels. And of course, Yorkshire Tea. Would definitely come again. Thank you.

BABUS INTL LIMITED
Scammers. How do you book a room for the price THEY listed and then they cancel it because they want you to pay double? YOU set the requirements...

Canal House | Hygge Homes
Lovely place to stay and perfect for Chester Zoo. I’m rating it a four purely because it wasn’t disabled friendly and I do struggle with my walking.

Charles Hope Apartments Reading
I paid £85 per night for this apartment, but honestly, only go here if you absolutely have nowhere else to go.I stayed here for 8 nights, on my 6th night the cleaner came and exchanged my bedsheet to what is visible in the pictures. It's stained and I reached out to Charles Hope, only getting an apology and that they would speak to the cleaning staff. No other actions, didn't care to change them, didn't care to reimburse me or anything, I slept on top of the bedding the coming nights. The sofa is stained to the point that I'm not even willing to sit on it and it smells, a lot. There are some other issues that could need attention as well such as both the waterfall shower and the other shower nozzle is clogged with lime scale and the couplings are not making a tight seal and is spraying water everywhere. The blinds are a bit broken and is allowing people from the outside to look in.

Okay I wasn't able post on TripAdvisorIf stay room 3 height wise restricted because basementTheir wasn't facilities accommodate with usage of hot tub as advertisedOverall it was very cleanAlso very hot no windows with it been under ground basementFor the reasons Ive said out choice I would wanted a room with window s in bedroom just living room little patio doors opens which isn't great pass by could queit easily access to your belongings if left unchecked their also run down building on the street occupied look like drug users unsafe leave. Belonging in vechileI do think they shud put on the web site advertising that height restrictions any guests over 6 ft struggle keep catch banging head on the ceiling. And the hot tub no instructions to access the hot tub ??

Inn Cardiff
I’m genuinely confused by these reviews and I don’t like to be negative but I feel the need to share my experience after booking a stay for me and two friends, which was not at all as expected.Upon arrival me and my friends spent some time considering moving to alternative accommodation due to the dirt, mould, dried blood on the wall etc. Due to a local event there was no availability elsewhere so we had no choice but to stay. The accommodation in which we stayed was NOT clean. There was a lot of mould in the shower, a broken shower hook, mould around windows, dirty bed skirts, broken door hooks, dirty windows, cobwebs down the side of the bed etc.It really was disgusting and I was embarrassed as I booked the accommodation in good faith on behalf of my friends.I received an email from the accommodation after our stay asking for us to raise any issues with them, at which point I raised all of these issues including photos. No solution was offered and I was told they would take it up with their cleaners. I don’t feel this to be satisfactory customer service, far from it. Subsequently I followed this up booking.com who contacted the Inn and, yet again, they refused to offer any solution or compensation.I’m really disappointed by their lack of cleanliness and customer service. I would urge anyone who wants to stay in clean accommodation to AVOID this accommodation. Me and my friends feel really let down.

Borrowfield Lodge
We had a wonderful 4 days at the lodge, thanks to Nigel & Dawn. They are great Hosts and very attentive to every detail. Due to a flight cancellation and a long day, we arrived quite late in the evening, but Nigel was there to assist and insure we would get settled. Accommodations were terrific. The Lodge was our 'base of operation as we visited friends and family in the area. Also near by
