Robert from Gills has reworked our small utility room. He has done genius work in a small and difficult space. Some aspects he had to amend as he went. Very patient and professional. Lovely job.

Fantastic local bathroom company, All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Its great that we have this local company where you can get answers to your questions, see the great products and at good prices. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will use again.

First visit I was charged £250 for two plastic elbows instead of £2.50, luckily I read my receipt from pdq machine and questioned the staff, and only then they refunded the 247.50 difference.On another visit I went with a family member to return a mirror, staff were very awkward about returning it although I only wanted to exchange it. They refused the return as there was a chip in the corner although that was already there and then they became aggressive when I argued my point. They started swearing and physically pushed me out of the shop.At this point I had no choice but to call the police to the site as this was unacceptable

Used Erwin’s Bathrooms in our recent bathroom refurbishment,can’t recommend both Billy and Stephen highly enough,both went above and beyond in getting our bathroom refurbishment done.would highly recommend and will use them again .

Excellent range of bathrooms, knowledgeable staff and brilliant service. I have been dealing with Lorraine and she’s has been super accommodating, helpful and always extremely pleasant. It’s notbeen a straight forward job but what could have been extremely stressful has been made easy by her helpfulness and excellent customer service, I only wish all companies were the same. Great job Lorraine and easy bathrooms keep it up.

In summer we reached out to Dale bathrooms as recommended by our bathroom fitter. Tony gave us a call and invited us into the shop. When we got there, we were shown round the different bathroom exhibits and were talked through different aspects in relation to our budget. After this, we were given plenty of time to explore and discuss ourselves before making any decision on what we did or didn’t want - there was no pressure at all from staff to go over budget. We were especially pleased as Tony designed our new bathroom with two different floor plans so that we could make the decision for how we wanted the bathroom to look. He was very thorough with explaining the products we chose and what the options were as our bathroom is so small.The products themselves are very high quality and our bathroom looks fabulous. We’re very thankful for all of Tony’s help and would highly recommend Dale Bathrooms!
