Disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be petitioning to have this place closed.... Absolutely horrified by word of mouth....maybe you should think about hiring a younger security woman\ door woman with less of a chip on her shoulder... Glad the current occupants will be gone soon can not wait for the once popular pub to be turned into anything other than the current!!! Do not and I repeat DO NOT even waste your time let alone money!!!!!!!!!!

Great place, the staff are friendly, reasonable prices for pool and snooker. The place just gets better every time I go there. Tables are well looked after.

This place was great, kind staff members, healthy energy inside and outside. Ordered 14 chicken wings and a dirty fries. Chicken wings are full wings! So good. After food we went upstairs to chill in the roof bar.

I've visited twice and both times have been a great vibe. Open late 'till 3am.Street parking is available if the adjacent car park is closed.Halal food also available for a quick bite. I recommend the lovely desi chai ☕

Lovely and warm inside when you come in. Got amenities like fruit machines, pool table and TVs. Didnt have many beers on draught when i went and the lager was a bit pricey hence losing a star.

Its a good place to go and have so good deals but the price of beers lets them down and soft drinks as well over 2 pound coke and over 3 pounds a pint!!

Not a snooker club anymore but a great bar

Been going here since i was a young child, not the cheapest place to drink or play snooker but worth the extra for the friendly staff and well maintained tables.

Only dropped mate off so cannot rate own experience but most people who frequent the place all say its a good place

Cheap place for both pool and drinks. Would've been nice to get a bit more information on how the pricing of pool and snooker worked. We spent 20 minutes messing around because no one told us the upstairs area has a different set of rules. We watched at least 10 other people do the same thing. Might be worth explaining how it works when people first arrive.Very high profile place for uni students, so if you want to avoid crowds it's best to go during the day.The staff are friendly, and it feels welcoming enough, but the vaseline smeared on the back of the toilet gives the impression on what kind of establishment this can be, so be aware of that when you go.You pay for what you get, and so the pool tables and cues are not amazing, but you can't ask for much as 50p a game is the cheapest I've seen in a very long time.
