Purchased some Swatcom ear defenders from here that I’m very pleased with. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with - look forward to my next visit.

I pay for 2 iPhone 13 and the Apple Watch from home in my Argos card to collect in store.The person on the collection point name given Vass , mentioned that I have to show the card payment.I have mentioned that I didn’t have that card but I could show another document just to proof that was me but she didn’t care.I had the proof of the purchase come through my email with all the codes she needed, but she just didn’t care.Not even try to help.Not helpful at all.Even explained that I travel 20 minutes to get the order , I asked to cancel the order and she didn’t ask any documents just cancelled.Much easier to cancel order than cash around £2000.Definitely don’t come back , buy the some phones with curry’s pc world.If this person would work for me I would sack her immediately.

A friend recommended AD to me. I've been living in S.Wales for ten years and I recently decided to start fishing again. My netball team are all really pleased with our dresses - the fit is true to size but with enough stretch to be comfortable in. They’re a bit thicker than a previous brand we’ve tried and so feel like good quality. The stick on bibs are very durable and stay in position much better than others we have tried. Delivery time was fast and customer service was good. Would be happy to buy other products from here in future.

Worst Argos collection experience ever! You shouldn't have really given your customer such an impatient and straight face in the new year!

I have been using zapkam for a few years, a local club i played for that i was involved with we made the transition across to zapkam and best decision we ever did.Will helped make the transition effortless and there was never delays on kit.I have then recently done an ultra marathon and spoke to will to see if it is something he could help with and he helped produce some running vests for me.Absolute top company, couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Went in to return a faulty pair of shoes that had a hole inside the shoes sole (and I'd only bought them a month ago). I was basically accused of lying about how often I'd used them and made to feel like it was my fault the shoes were ruined. Had barely any use of them! They begrudgingly gave a credit note for them but were acting totally unacceptable. Was appalling customer service from the manager - do not visit this store!!!!!!
