Brillaint service! The installation fitters were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Contacted Pinnacle, Re: Birds entering roof in several locations due to ill fitting tiles and wrongly fitted plastic grid along edge. Andrew arrived next working day to quote. 4 days later all issues were professionally repaired and I would highly recommend this company (especially Andrew) to anybody who has building maintenance issues. Carse Country Stoves installed our wood burning stove and flue etc in our conservatory to an excellent standard. We have since had regular chimney, stove and fireplace cleaning and have always received an excellent and efficient service.

The service was extremely professional from start to finish. Frank, Dan and supporting team were fantastic all the way through the process, and the finished fireplace exceeded my expectations.

Such lovely father and son duo. Extremely professional but also very down to earth and honest. I had multiple quotes but I just knew Artur was the man for the job. My family and I are now warm and cosy this winter.

Super friendly guys and they are actually very consultative in their approach to install. We went through several design methods with false chimney options and more and finally we ended up gettign 2x log burners installed both done exceptionally well and the plastering work done was also very good. The actual planning was quite difficult and we had issues with the flu direction becuase our house is an awkward design. The guys actually went the further mile and got a joiner out just to make sure everythign would be adequate and as they said they would only give customers work that they would be comfortable to do in their own house. Our house also has a slight slope to it and they accomadated for the slope of the house well and this really showed their attention to detail. Would recommed to all to use these guys.

Unfortunately my experience with Mike  was not very pleasant. Mike came out on a Sunday to fix my Rayburn with guests in my holiday let. Firstly he would not start work until myself or my partner was present which we both thought was strange but went along with it.Mike got it going for a while but it stopped again the next day. In the meantime I paid Mike £135. Mike came back and fitted a thermostat which he said would solve the problem with the Rayburn.I informed Mike that the Rayburn had stopped working again and he became quite unpleasant asking for payment and insulting us saying if we can’t afford his services let him know as he bends over backwards for those that can pay. He kept insinuating that we could not or would not pay him as others has not paid him in the past.He asked for another £135 although admitting that he had made a mistake and that the thermostat was not the problem.Mike did not fix our Rayburn as he seemed to want to keep trying different processes of elimination and charge me for his mistakes.After a few back and forth text messages Mike eventually cancelled the second invoice.For me quite a strange and unprofessional experience. All would be ok if you are prepared to pay endless amounts of money until he eventually addresses the real problem.Would not recommend!

Andrew provided us with a quick quote on some re-pointing work. He did the work on the agreed date, and did the job in the 'right' way. If we ever need to get some more exterior maintenance work done (hopefully not...), we'll definitely contact Pinnacle again.
