Syrian restaurant

Very good portions and tasty food. The chap who made the food was friendly. The soup is a must to try. The prices are very reasonable for the portions. The place is clean in this location. They wouldn't take the food back to pack it for take away as they had no food return policy but happily gave us a take away box to pack. Recommended!

So I ordered the falafel platter, it came with 2 falalels, a handful of fries and a little tabbouleh, salad and hummus. Looks can be deceiving, but I wasn't satisfied for £13. They call it a platter, but just a small plate. Now onto service, the server didn't provide no sauces, had to go to the counter to fetch them myself after reminding him once. No napkins. No water. Ambiance was dead with only one other diner, there's a reason this place is empty. Also charged me 10% service charge without providing the above. Also the kitchen doesn't look very hygienic. Don't let the pictures and reviews delude you. I don't know if they changed owners, either the place is gone downhill. Avoid.

I always go here for take away coffee when I'm in town!! Really lovely staff and a great local businessThe coffee is lovely and hot every time and the staff let me wait outside with a cigarette and bring me my coffee!They also offer a great menu of their traditional food which is all freshly made and cooked in front of youTry the shisha pipes for £7-9 it's a great laugh and not too expensive!10/10 would recommend

Really great food in a nice informal setting.The food is really great here. Great flavour and good variation in the food. The smoked aubergine wasn’t the best, but everything else was really good! Would be good for smaller groups.

Excellent staff and excellent service, the food is very delicious and I visit here atleast once a week, the staff and owner are very friendly and polite. Love the food very much.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! The taste is just like the food you get in middle east! It took me back to the memory lanes of my home, Saudi and reminded me of the morning breakfast with my family. Will definitely come again إن شاء الله

We had an amazing experience dining at the restaurant. Service was 10/10 and the food was delicious. Dessert Kunafa was out of this world! We will definitely be back.

Very nice place in Kingly Court with vibrant atmosphere, lots of sharing dishes mostly vegetarian and 2 or 3 meat dishes. It's nice for a quick bite on the go. Good quality and good service.
