I booked for a local pick up to go to Newton Abbot to catch a coach to the airport and to collect on my return a few days later. Punctual both times, reasonable rate, good communication checking that my coach was running to time and again to let me know when my driver was delayed by a police road incident. Will use again.

Requested for a budget wedding. Made the effort to ensure car was spotless and had a ribbon at no extra charge. I Used this company regularly10 years ago and although I now live in Nottingham and my niece still lives in field common it was my first choice and I was not let down. Lovely driver and made a budget wedding a little bit more special

We booked Kay’s Cabs - Chris for a day excursion. Chris was outstanding! He took us to several specific destinations that we requested. He was extremely accommodating, flexible with his time, and assisted in some of the photos. The “value” cost of the ride was extremely fair. We truly enjoyed the time we were together. He also assisted us in getting our next days adventure to St. Andrew’s through Grayline Tours!

Would give it zero stars if possible.Used the app to book a taxi to go to a wedding venue on the 1st July. Only to have an email to say the trip was cancelled.Called the office to ask why only to told they are too busy so they cancelled the journey..... OK, moving on.I booked with another company. Gent picked me all good.Only to then get a call from a driver from Apollo to say they were there to pick me up.Explained the situation to the very obviously annoyed driver and thought nothing more about it until I looked at my bank statement and have seen they have charged my account for the trip!!! Even though I had received a text to say that if the trip is not taken they would be no charge or money would be refunded within 3 days.Still waiting. Awful experience start to finish!!!!Thanks for the response. However the evidence" you have is in you're error.I booked the car via the app which was cancelled by you.Then calling the office was told you were " fully booked"......I am still waiting for a refund too."

Can't fault the friendly driver and the punctuality but the cars stink of smoke. Felt sick after riding in car 75. Driver even had an (unlit) cig in his hand.

Booked a taxi the night before for 8am . Didn't show up, rang asking where they were, they didn't have a clue about the booking. Rang a further 3 times to see if it was coming to which they said there wasn't one arriving soon. Missed a very important appointment.

Do not use this company they are a waste of time booked two weeks in advance only to be told they cannot honor my booking an hour and half before they should have collected me. Shocking service.

It was very busy with passengers waiting to leave the interchange.

Taxi waited for 2 minutes and couldn’t find us so left! I called the office and they said they didn’t know the area well so they’d left. He then put the phone down on me. Luckily I wasn’t a woman on my own, but if I had have been, then I would have felt very vulnerable on the streets with no way to get home
