Great company wonderful range of clothsBoth Sam & Gavin fantastic to deal with.Often had cloths delievered with in 24 hours.Would highly recommend.R Johnston Master Tailors Dublin.

Dry cleaners have done a good job: I would describe them as efficient but not friendly. However, the Stylish Sew staff are extremely friendly and kind: I've just had a skirt taken up (good job done): I didn't have the cash on me so was going to come back to collect. The young man actually ran after me with the skirt, to say we trust you, pay another day. If THAT's not friendly service, I don't know what is!

Rude selfish customer service.My recent experience was awful Aziz is a very rude man not sure if he knows how to say sorry, he blames the customer for his mistake.It's very unusual for a business to expect customers to call them for an update if this the case why give a date for collection.Also they leave the premises without someone being in the shop anyone can walk in and walk out with a your goods, they leave your garments without care, the shop is messy and awfulMy advice for Mr Aziz is now that you live in London and decided to have a job learn some manners and may be study a course on customer servicesI specially choose this shop to support my local businesses biggest mistakeMr Qahir & Nader kindly teach your staff how be polite to customers and treat them with respect and have the decency to call them and update them when there is an issue.There are free customer service courses that Mr Aziz and the staff can benefit from.

This company is a waste of time. Go with another company. They don't call you back when requested & string you along for weeks only to tell you This is not the kind of business we want" what business is that!!!! They where advised from the beginning what was needed so slightly confused. Asked to speak to a manger only to get a response back that the person I was dealing with is the sales directors. Shocking his customer service skills are poor & his was extremely rude. Told him I would be leaving a review his response " That's why we don't want your business ". AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST."

I had such a great experience dealing with English Cloth. Both Sam and Gavin showed such knowledge and expertise whilst I dealt with them

Was road raged by a Zenith Textiles van on the road today. People with poor driving skills and anger management issues on the roads should not be allowed to drive company cars, as it damages the companies reputation.

Scarf is perfect, but delivery was not. Should have arrived next day and didn't. I had to email and phone to get it sorted out, arrived over a week later, way past the birthday it was ordered for.
