I stumbled across this shop a few months ago and I cant even begin to describe how much I love it. The owner is always so so kind and helpful, he helped me find the right kind of fabrics I needed for certain projects on multiple occasions, and the shop has such a wide array of fabrics that it's hard to believe you can find so much in one shop. They have interfacing, boning, eyelets and everything anyone could want for a sewing project! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

Very disappointing. I ordered 4mm circular knitting needle and received a 12mm one instead. Messaged through Amazon and directly through their website and left a message on telephone. No one has had the courtesy to respond. Item returned and hoping I get a refund.

Terrible customer service. They have taken my money for an order placed 8 weeks ago and I have only received 1 out of 6 items. I received an email reply after I complained asking me to check my address. I did this and found I had written my address correctly. I have since emailed 2 more times and have been completely ignored. Phone number does not work. Will never purchase from them again.
