Outstanding experience with this company. Had a problem with severe fur loss on a new plush animal toy and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Quick response to the direct enquiry and a resolution which kept the whole family, especially the five year old owner of the toy, happy. Absolutely awful. Do not buy! You have to cut pieces to size yourself which is fiddly. Pieces don’t fit together properly. Pieces constantly snap and break. Just a complete waste of hours and hours trying to make the model fit together and money on buying this and another model at the same time. I will never be buying another one of these and will be onto the company immediately to get my money back

Excellent quality product at affordable prices. They can be personalised and washed which is always a bonus for parents! Recommended as a great gift item for those wanting something different.

Not even worth a 1 star.The worst company ever. Completely Avoid!! Ordered a 8x12 shed, which after weeks of waiting they delivered it completely smashed up and left it in the middle of my garden. It was through family fund a charity that helps disabled children because of that they wouldnt refund and only offered to send out pieces of wood so I can fix myself. The whole shed was smashed the wood was all split from the nails. In the end they came to collect but wouldn't send out a new one. Awful quality and company. I'm now without a shed or the funding as family fund took back the grant as it was out of it's time stamp. Gutted!!

Excellent items don't waste your time or money on anything else. Purchased the necklace and teething rings. The necklace is beautiful and helpful, it's saved the baby tugging on my hair, it's also pretty enough to wear as your newest accessory helping you feel a tad more human whilst also being a first time Mum. The teething rings are perfect for preemie hands and great for sore gums, they stay cool,have attractive silicon beads on them and make a nice noise when jingled.

We purchased an outdoor adventure playset for our kids and they absolutely love it. From the bespoke design process to the swift installation, the process was extremely smooth and the quality of the service and workmanship was excellent from all team members. Recently the kids broke the perspex window - one email and a replacement was in the post next day. Great service!
