Afro Caribbean Centre
The Hull Afro Caribbean Association (HACA) is an outstanding community organization that has been working tirelessly to promote the welfare, social, cultural, and educational development of the African and Caribbean communities in Hull and the surrounding areas for over four decades. As a registered charity, HACA has a clear mandate to support the most vulnerable members of these communities and help them to overcome the many challenges they face in their daily lives. The organization achieves this by providing a range of services and initiatives that are tailored to the specific needs of these communities, including community engagement, cultural events, youth development, health and wellbeing, and advocacy and representation. One of the most impressive aspects of HACA's work is the level of community engagement it has been able to achieve. The organization has developed strong relationships with members of the African and Caribbean communities in Hull and the surrounding areas, which has allowed it to understand their needs and develop programs and initiatives that are truly effective in meeting those needs.HACA's commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion is also highly commendable. The organization recognizes that the African and Caribbean communities face significant barriers to equality and works to break down these barriers by providing access to education, training, employment, and other opportunities that are often denied to them.In terms of cultural events, HACA's Caribbean Carnivals are a highlight of the year for many people in Hull and the surrounding areas. These events are vibrant, colorful, and full of energy, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the African and Caribbean communities and providing an opportunity for people from all backgrounds to come together and enjoy a fantastic day out.Overall, the Hull Afro Caribbean Association is a highly effective and well-respected community organization that is making a real difference in the lives of the African and Caribbean communities in Hull and the surrounding areas. The organization's commitment to community engagement, equality, and cultural celebration is truly inspiring, and it is clear that HACA will continue to be a vital part of these communities for many years to come.

Very helpful, sorted us out with a wheelchair when we needed one at short notice and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely consider using them again if necessary, great customer service for an easy 5 stars :-)

The Gourmet Kitchen
If you're lucky enough to book a table you won't be disappointed. The food is absolutely amazing. If you can't get booked in. Then make sure you follow their social media pages as if/when cancellations arise they advertise them on there.I was lucky enough to dine there as a birthday gift. All I can say is WOW!!!6 courses of incredible food. You take your own wine, fizz, beers or whatever you want to drink. You can see the food being prepared as the kitchen is fully open. All courses are explained and you can see the passion they have for food. You also go home with a little takeaway gift. Which is a lovely touch.Price wise it's excellent value for money. If you love good food then this place is a must visit. You won't be disappointed

Very good training venue for the red cross 1st aid. Easy to find although could do with a bigger car park as had to park on the street.
