What a lovely shop! Packed full of beautiful gems, little and not so little, many made by local artists. Something for everyone, I will be back!

We are delighted with our new kitchen by Butterfly furniture.Andrew took my husband and myself on a tour of the work shop so we could see Pretty much exactly what our kitchen was going to be like.If you are looking for a spectacular kitchen and faultless attention to detail Andrew and Ben are highly trained cabinet makers who are prompt and extremely tidy workers. Nothing was too much trouble they even last minute made a new boiler door ensuring it met with OFTEC regulation and was in keeping with kitchen.They also sourced and fitted beautifully fitted granite, pewter handles and appliances.I can not recommend them highly enough.

Love our new wardrobes. They were reasonably priced and look great. The guys also gave use some shelving in a couple of cupboards as well, again very good value. We recommend!

Andrew and Ben did an amazing job fitting me a corner bar and boot room. Exceptional service, and the finished product is just perfect… worth every penny! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks guys!

When I first walked into Kerry-Rose's shop, one thing that really stood out was how the store was set up. The selection of the pieces were just amazing and beautiful. Kerry-Rose certainly has an eye for salvaging great pieces and a skill for restoring them. Kerry-Rose is such a talented lady and works her magic with a paintbrush.A lot of the connection that you feel with the business is the connection to Kerry-Rose herself. Aswell as being an expert in antiquing, refinishing and design, it’s her personality and approachability that make you ask questions, take the time to learn about the pieces, and become interested in the story behind what you're buying. Kerry-Rose offers a service tailored to the needs of the individual, she listens to your specific requirements and really focuses on making a meaningful connection with you. Nothing is too much trouble and she never pressures you into a sale.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kerry-Rose. A rare breed of such a lovely, beautiful, talented lady who takes pride in her work.

Andrew and Ben have done a fantastic job of our tailor made bespoke wardrobes. Two very talented craftsmen able to transform a vision into reality. The wardrobes are very solid and have added something special to the rooms they are in. A very tidy and efficient team and a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend Butterfly Furniture makers for their excellent standard of craftsmanship.

As you can see this tatty old rocker (and I don't mean me) has been re-loved! The upholstery course led by Simion was fun, challenging and ultimately very rewarding. As a novice. Simion gave me the confidence and guidance to tackle this project and I know everything that has gone into remaking this chair is of the highest quality.

I thoroughly enjoyed completing my 'bring your own' project with Simion, after lockdown stopped us in our tracks. The atmosphere in the studio during the course is great: relaxed, friendly and creative. Simion is endlessly patient and the small class size means his help is always on hand. Such a great way to switch off from the pressures of life and do something different. I would highly recommend the studio and Simion's craftmanship: there are some lovely pieces to see and inspire.

From the moment I enquired, to picking up my beloved jacket, I was so happy with the service provided by Neil and Sylvia. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Neil was upfront, honest and friendly and it was a pleasure to meet him and have him repair the jacket, his work is outstanding.If I have anything requiring similar work in the near future, I know who I will be asking.Thank you Neil !
