Decided to go private as condition I have is quite debilitating and nhs wait times are long. after my initial consultation and ct scan I was told I would have to wait over a month before my next appointment to go over the results of the scan. That is frankly a pathetically long and embarrassing wait time for a private service and I feel personally mislead to think that I would be seen in a quicker fashion. Poor service.

It was a delight to be seen by Dr. Ken. He is by far the best specialist doctor I’ve ever been to—so easy to speak to, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Ken listened to me patiently and immediately identified my long-standing troubles. He came up with an effective strategy and addressed all of my concerns in a positive way, leaving me feeling very reassured. He explained everything to me in an easy manner and used analogies relating to my age-group that would help me better understand what he was trying to express. He clearly has extensive experience in the area and is the perfect doctor to do to for any urology concerns. Would recommend to anyone any day!

Came here for surgery in the arm that required general anesthesia, before arriving I was incredibly paranoid. However, the staff are fantastic and the whole process was great. Completely removed my fear of going under general anesthetic and honestly look forward to doing it again.

Outstanding hospital and staff! I had my gallbladder removed by Mr Dawkins on the 22nd all the supporting staff Kerry his secretary, the matron, hca assistants, nurses and surgical staff was outstanding reassuring going above and beyond. Can’t not thank them all for an outstanding experience and if ever needed anymore care I will be returning.Thank you all.

Alhamdulillah. The service is excellent. We are very happy to be here . My son feeling very much comfortable at this place . Before his circumcision, staffs make him ready both mentally and physically. Staffs really helpful and make it easy for me Alhamdulillah. I feel it is my own family.

As other reviews have said staff have no idea whats going on. I contacted the hospital as a self paying patient for a breath test for the diagnosis of a gut condition. I was told by phone and email, and even quoted prices, for a consultation with a GP, the test and another follow up consultation. When I saw the GP I was met with confusion; he had never heard of the condition and didn't know if the hospital offered the test. I waited for over an hour on a Friday evening and was met with more staff confusion and eventually told they didn't think they offered the test and sent home. I was also told theyd let me know if any other local providers offer the service but never heard back.To top things off the receptionist continually shouted in a busy waiting area for each patient to 'come on down' to their appointment while laughing, as if we were all in a game show rather than waiting for our hospital appointment. The whole experience felt like a comedy sketch about a badly run NHS service.

Gastric sleeve carried out here by Mr Humadi and team, the care has been excellent from the get go. Shout out to the lovely nurses on the ward (Sarah J, Jessica, Samantha, Bucy) nothing was too much trouble and I was consistently checked on as to whether I needed any liquids, painkillers etc. Would not hesitate to use Spire again, thanks so much for changing my life.

Absolutely zero transparency on invoices. You're never clear on what procedure you are expecting or how much it costs in advance to be able to fully consent to it. They advise you to speak to your insurer who also can't share an invoice with you or tell you the cost in advance. This took me over my private health insurance limit and I still don't know what I've been charger for or when.

Mr Ghei is very professional and grasped my problem quickly. He arranged for me to have the test that I required within a week. This proved to be successful so I was able to resume normal life.All the staff at the facilities that I visited were polite and helpful.
