A very professional company.I arrived on a camp site on Saturday all was good, on the Sunday I discovered the water pump on my mobile home was not working, having completed all my usual checks I was stuck. Contact Jones Caravan via email not expecting anything further until the Monday, most sprised when I got a reply within the hour. It was arranged that I visit the workshop on the Tuesday which I duly did. From the moment I arrived until I left I felt my business was appreciated. The service technician did a thorough check and identified that the water pump was defective, quickly arranged a replacement and fitted testex and completed the works.Both technicians certainly knew the jobs and completed this task to a very high standard.Everyone was super friendly and courteous.Would highly recommend this company if you are in the area and need helpThank you to all the team at Jones Caravan

Great place for finding new imported parts that one would usually struggle to get (Tie Rod/Track Rods). Fast and prompt service, saved our garage when struggling to find parts for customers. Also worth asking for parts for Cars that aren't imported as they have great stock and availability where normal suppliers may fall short. Worth and ask, friendly lads and very helpful trying to locate parts. Went here in two consecutive days on a whim and they went above and beyond.Thanks everyone!!

Can’t thank Paul enough! Had a stone chip on windscreen, due for MOT and a long 4.5hr drive due imminently. Having had a screen replaced by him in the past on a different car and impressed back then, Prestige is the only company I would recommend.
