We booked the photographer last minute" -- only 3/4 hours before the evening event. We were so happy and relieved that Splento had photographer availableWe were also very happy with the photographer's work. They are all so good that you can use raw pictures directly. But Splento still retouched them and make it more fabulous! We are really impressed by the good and fast service!So "High quality" and "Good and fast service" are the labels that match Splento best!"

All members of the GLO team are super professional. The attention to detail and the level of dedication that we have experienced while working with GLO are hard to come by these days.We had some issues with the venue, and GLO guided us during the whole process with patience. They saved the whole event by sourcing a pair of lights at the last minute. Without the lights, we were destined to be in the dark. Literally!All videos were delivered promptly after the event without any delays. Thank you!

I've had mixed experience with this company - on the one hand, when there is a problem and it's fixed remotely I really like the report they send as a followup.Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences in customer service/technical support I have ever had was under them; we have a VOIP system and the router froze after they tried to push an update remotely. From the little I know, I knew it was 'cooked' I.e. the firmware was corrupted mid update. I told them this but they wouldn't believe me.They sent a second router, which didn't work because it was misconfigured at the lab. They wouldn't believe me again even though I offered to hook up my computer so they could remote in through the console hook up (as it wasn't configured correctly they couldn't access it through the 'net). But they wouldn't.So they sent a third router.. you know what's going to happen here. It wasn't configured correctly again!It took a week to actually send an engineer out and he confirmed what I'd told them, exactly as I stated it. He configured it correctly within 5 mins.We had no phones @ an NHS service for a week! Over something that could've been sorted the same day if they had at least considered what I had said.The engineer they sent out was great though!

Wow - I am so glad I booked Yes Events for my wedding day. They provided additional lighting, a disco ball and dancefloor which truly brought the party to the life. The team were fantastic to work with and made the entire process so seem less from start to finish. Thank you again to Katie and the team!

Westom carried out the network cabling works for the floor boxes at Level Peaks and installed a new data cabinet in a secure area. Having done such a professional job and a total pleasure to have in the building, we then used Westcom to upgrade the cabling for the PCs when we moved into our new premises. Thank you!

Having now had office space at SmartBase for over a year, I can absolutely vouch for the fantastic offering they have. We previously had a stand alone office on a lease arrangement, the decision to move and take flexible space here with Karl and his team is the best we made. The aesthetic of the building is second to none, particularly in this area, the team are always happy to help, nothing is ever a problem, and the community that Karl has created is fantastic. Our business has grown as a direct result of having workspace in the SmartBase building. More importantly, our visitors are incredibly impressed with what they see when they come to see us. I cannot recommend this workspace enough!

I’m so glad I decided to video my husband’s funeral. John was amazing the video is so good captured everything we wanted. Its such a difficult and sad time but to be able to watch it back is therapeutic for me. I laugh and cry at the memories would recommend John services.
