Ordered paint of wallpaper empire through Amazon was told it would be delivered by Hermes on the 4th had to get Amazon to contact these as thay ignored my contact and had no delivery I waited in all day only to get told it was damaged in transit by the seller but when I contacted Hermes thay had never had it given to them so who's telling lies to me the order was for a 90yr old who's going to be disappointed just tell the truth and say you haven't got any dont take £50 keep it for over a week then lie

Would recommend The Kent Carpentry Company.I contacted a few carpenters to install shelving and cupboards in my lounge alcoves and decided to go with Sam at The Carpentry Company because of their customer service, politeness and competitive pricing.When Sam came to take measurements to give a quotation, he was polite, took his shoes off at the door (not all tradespeople do this!) and answered all our questions. It was easy to book the work in and the correspondence/ease of getting in touch with Sam was great.The Whole Team were respectful of my House and did the work within two days. I was very pleased with the finish and would highly recommend The Carpentry Company.

Not having any personal contacts to recommend who should fit my oak wooden flooring - all my upstairs area which comprised top hall, 4 bedrooms and also my staircase and bottom floor entrance hall I searched internet and read reviews. I decided to try Fergus at FM - joinery . I made a great choice. Fergus kept in touch through the process . Once I decided on the wood I sat back and FM joinery ensured its order, delivery and fitting. The workmanship is excellent and I am delighted with my floors. What a fantastic small company! They really know their products and have such a wide range of unique quality flooring. We needed our whole living room, conservatory and entrance hall resanded and restained. From the initial survey and then actual job - it was done to perfection. All the workmen were very polite and obviously knew their products. We are very pleased with the results. Our wooden flooring went from tired, dirty, scratched and just plain tired to looking like a completely different brand new floor! There was a slight glitch with the skirting, however Adam the owner, was quick to offer solutions and fixed it right away. Absolutely recommend them.

Our floor was finished on Friday. I can't begin to tell you how made up we are with it. The attention to detail is fantastic. The lads never stopped working and they cleaned up after themselves each day. Can't rate highly enough.
